"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
-General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

I became a Spark member in September but have just recently started really working at it and tracking everything. This time I'm doing it for me! No one else! I'm eating better and have exercised t least 10 minutes a day since 1/6/12. I lost 2# this week! woohoo! I want to be healthier and stronger. Have more stamina! Most of all I'm tired of not being able to move without my body getting in the way! Good luck to everyone! Hang in there and keep up the great work! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
