Under the "Healthy Lifestyle" tab, next to the last item, is SparkRecipes. You can narrow your search for low-sodium, low-cholesterol, or like I do vegetarian or vegan. There is a "recipe calculator" there where you can enter your own recipes to get the nutrition. You can also share your recipes with us by saving them in the database. It is one of my favorite parts of SP because I can cook my own creations and still enter them on the "nutrition tracker".

Well...you've hit the START tracker, o you have that set up....did you create your TRACK YOUR NUTRITION page yet? That is where you can set up your own, have a SP generated menu. There is a ton of tools on this site, and can be overwhelming, but just take a moment (or 20) and explore the site. Just start clicking around.....and have fun doing so!!!
