my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.
i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..
i walk 15000 steps a day.
i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.
i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
I'm having a hard time to get motivated due to many reasons. firts one is Finace , My husband and i do't make alot of money and we get paid every 2 weeks which gives us about $200.00 for food for all 3 of us. i wan't to lose weight so we can have another baby and to be healthy , but my husband is Very Skinny and can eat what ever he wants. thats my other issue.. im just having a hard time with getting started.
