Thanks for all the info....
I have started the small plate thing already. I can see a diffence in portion size with just changing the plate... 15.000 steps is more then I heard.. I heard only 10,000 a day does wonders... My trouble is I have a bad knee... But I did join curves now..
Thanks

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

Good luck Sharie.
This is the third time I have started with this plan. The tracker makes it easy to see that I should stop eating after dinner or I will go over my calorie count. I go over anyway due to night time munchies.
I do not want to take meds either. After only four days, the last med gave me rapid pulse, very scary episodes of memory loss, and raised my blood pressure. My daughter thought I was having a stroke when I could not speak correctly.
The med before that gave me vivid nightmares and daytime dizzy spells.
Simply cannot get the BP down to 120/80...Can't get the systolic under the 140's.
I am about 40 pounds overweight. Can't seem to get a grip.
I would be happy to start with a 20 lb. loss.
