"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Hi Casey and Welcome!
WW didn't work for me either, or Adkins or Jenny Craig... With SP I am healthy and happy and weigh less than I did before I quit smoking 4 years ago. The advice and encouragement I have received from the teams I joined has been a real blessing.
I am looking forward to getting to know you.

Hello everyone. Last year this time I joined Weight Watchers with my daughter, I was a drop out by May, she hit her
goal last week (during Christmas week ?!? crazy!), and she lost 67 pounds and looks fabulous. WW didn't click for
me like it did for her. So, I'm trying SparkPeople. I bought the Sparkpeople cookbook a year ago and didn't crack
the cover until today.
Thanks in advance for your support :)
