it is never to late to start.
my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.
i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..
i walk 15000 steps a day.
i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.
i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

Hi folks, I'm Becky and I've been struggling with my weight for longer than I would like to admit. I'm excited to get on board with Spark people again. It's been about 10 years since I've been a member and I'm ready to get into this full force. I don't have much of a support system so I am looking for that. I believe strongly in the buddy system and I think I've come to the right place. Best of luck to all of you that are Spark members. Hope to hear some success stories to help keep me motivated.
