I adapt my bicycle to an exercise bike in my garage because it's raining.
Where doesn't matter. Moving does

I must lose some rear so I can continue to get out of the car once I park it in the garage. The need is greater now than in the last round. The car, the same make, newer model is longer with wider wing mirrors and the garage was always tight before. sites.google.com/site/sassyshamrocks

HI, MY NAME IS KRISTIE AND I LIVE IN IDAHO. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH WEIGHT PROBLEMS FOR MOST OF MY LIFE. I JUST FOUND THIS SITE YESTERDAY, SO FAR IT SEEMS REALLY GREAT, AND I AM REALLY EXCITED. SO FAR I HAVE REALIZED MY PORTIONS ARE WAY TOO FULL OF CALORIES.
ON A POSITIVE NOTE---WHAT TO DO ON A 15 MINUTE BREAK AT THE HOSPITAL? GO TO THE BATHROOM, DRINK A GLASS OF WATER, AND GO ON A 10 MINUTE WALK IN THE BUILDING, BECAUSE "BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE".

I WANT TO EAT TO LIVE, NOT LIVE TO EAT.
