Thank you I think I will try the mandarin oranges in the fridge, quick to grab. I was walking 2 miles a day but cold and ice and snow have stopped me so looking for inside activities until spring.

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

I have joined SparkPeople to help me get motivated to get back in gear, over the last 2 years I have lost over 100 lbs but still have a long ways to go. I have struggled the last 6 months and want to get back on track for myself as well as to be a better Mom and wife.
