Like you, I have not been on for so long. I had gall bladder surgery last April and have been sick sense then I am feeling much better now but have my days. One very good thing that happened is my B/P went down so far that I am off my meds for that. The doctor has me on "lets just watch" I can deal with that.

hi there and welcome back. I have not shared on this page since Sept. I was dying to get back on this sight. but i kept leaving it for later. Now I gain 4 more pounds, 184 is my weight. I look in the mirror and tell myself that i need to start exercise. I have not change my eating habit so I know that it is lack of exercise. I also have a bad knee. I just need to start with walking. So don't give up. you are my first contact. So thank you for posting.

I was here years ago, and then fell off the wagon so to speak, so I wanted to come back and be a part of the team again. I suffer from high bp and diabetes and have stage 3 kidney failure, due to the diabetes and bp, the diabetes is under control, but the high bp is not, so their thinking of using radio waves for tough to control high bp, And though I was told the diabetes is under control the kidney doc said it still beats on the kidneys.
So their starting me on a diet and hope to slow down the kidney disease and get me moving. I have a bad knee so I'm doing chair videos, wieghts and dancing, if I dance around the same spot I do pretty good. I hope everyone has a good day, take care!
