it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

Hello, I'm returning to Spark People with a plan for a healthier 2013. I am a 43 year old with 60 pounds to lose. I have 3 kids, 12, 11 and 1 1/2. Having a baby later in my life has been harder than I thought it would be. I have let me stress and emotions get the better of me and unfortunately eaten my way through them.

My husband has recently lost 36 pounds and has a goal to lose 20 more by May. I do not want to weigh more than him and need to lose 60 pounds to rid of my high cholesterol and aches and pains.

I have lost weight in healthy ways in the past so I know I can do it again! I'm looking forward to moving forward and proving that I can do it!!! Happy New Year to everyone! :)
