Welcome You can do it. Better setting yourselves smaller goals say In January I want to lose 10 lbs. Reach it and you will feel inspired to go for another 10lb in February.
Making it 100 in 2013 means that when you lose that 10 lb in January you still have that 90 lb mountain to climb.

Hi everyone! I'm Jamie, and I've been inspired by a blog I came across recently to get my life together. I am determined to lose 100 pounds in one year, and I know I can do it with alot of hard work and dedication. I know I will struggle throughout this process, and I hope to find support, inspiration, and motivation through SparkPeople. Please feel free to stay in touch! I've tried and failed before (like I'm sure many of you have as well) so we may have a common hurdle to get over. Best of luck in your own journey to anyone reading this xoxo
