Welcome.
Never been easy the food game.
You need a photo of how you used to look, before and where you want to be and a challenge for yourself.
Say I want to lose 5 lbs by 31/1/13. 1lb per week should be easy enough I don't know how much he want to lose.

You need to set yourself some stop questions like
Do I really need this when you reach for the extra helping or a sweetie? Stopping and asking yourself this often works Not Always but it is a step in the right directio.

Join the 10 minute challenge to make yourself exercise just a little..


The possibilities are endless but the rest is up to you

It's all about making 1 choice at a time. Small changes over time has worked for me. I did not try to change everything at once. I changed 1 meal or snack at a time and started with walking 10 minutes a day. The small changes add up over time and soon you will see a big difference. Best wishes on your journey to a healthier you.

This losing weight is a "mind game" - how do I get my mind, my wanting, my cravings to stop giving me this attitude of not wanting to take better care of myself? I'm tired of how I look and feel about my body. I want to be healthy but I'm fighting this mind of mine that I will start doing better on Monday.....LOTS OF MONDAY'S HAVE BLOWN BY...
