WebMD and Mayo Clinic are 2 reputable sites. They have forums, diets, answer questions, etc.

The first step in getting somewhere is by deciding not to stay where you're at.

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose
"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Your medical provider can refer you to a Registered Dietitian for specific diet recommendations and you should discuss your medical condition with medical team. For your goal of weight loss, the DASH approach might be a great way to go.

I have been diagnosed with High Liver Enzymes by my general doctor who referred me to a GI specialist. The GI specialist said I need to lose weight. I am 6'1 and 281 pounds

I checked the web-site and could not find a Forum or Help with this condition. Does anyone know of a good place to start?
