THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO BE. SO GLAD TO JOINED BEFORE BEING PUT ON BP MEDS. MAYBE YOU CAN MAKE CHANGES TO LOWER YOUR BP WITHOUT THEM. BE SURE AND USE YOUR TRACKERS. MONITOR YOUR SODIUM INTAKE. SODIUM IS EVERYWHERE. IT MAKES YOU RETAIN FLUIDS, IE WATER. IT CAUSES YOUR BP TO GO UP AND IT MAKES YOU WEIGH MORE. NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT TABLE SALT. I TRY TO KEEP MINE BELOW 2000EVERY DAY. HARD FOR ME. HOPE YOU ALL THE SUCCESS IN YOUR GOALS. .

Welcome Start slow Find one easy exercise and only do it 3 or 4 times building up,to 12. There are a lot to choose from on this sight. There are even some you can do when you are sitting to to hold the baby.
Hi there I'm new to the group. I'm not on any blood pressure meds right now my doctor wants me to first start exercising daily and see if i can lower it by myself. it has been high since having my daughter 13months ago.
how do i find the will power to get up and exercise? I don't want high blood pressure anymore but lately just have no will power to exercise. I'm scared to have such high blood pressure. I want to be healthy for my family. I need help! please help!
