I agree that tracking food helps a lot. Start slowly with exercise by maybe walking 30 minutes per day & slowly increase to more then add cardio & strength training. If you have hbp ask your doctor which exercises would be best for you. Definitely stay active on Sparkpeople. Good luck!

Have a goal and work toward it. don't beat yourself up if you have bad days. track your nutrition and exercise daily and try to exercise each day ( walking at least 10 minutes or more each day). You will find that you will get lots of support from the Sparkpeople community.
