Thanks for the info. I always thought those low cal and fat free foods were good for you. I didn't even bother with the labels

YES, losing will help you lower your BP, however, you have to read labels, and avoid SUGAR, that stuff is like poison to our cardiovascular system. READ READ READ, don't eat any of those 100 cal. treats----HIGH in sugar, NO low fat, or fat free anything, all have added sugar.

I am following Jorge Cruise's THE BELLY FAT CURE.....sure makes sense!!!!

my sister lost 105 pounds by walking 15000 steps a day. all her medical conditions improved.

Hi all. I was diagnosed 2 years ago. I only have to take my pill once a day and am pretty good at doing that. My doctor has told me that if i lose weight then my pressure would be lower and there is a possibility i could stop taking the pill.That is my goal to lose weight so i can improve my health.
