Hi Pat..Welcome. I'm sorry about your dx but you have taken an important step in tracking your sodium! I'm also tracking other nutrients including potassium which is proven to aid HBP. And of course, weight loss is a key component to lowering bp. If you look below your food plan on the right side are some rectangular boxes. one says.."SEE TODAYS FULL REPORT". Click there and a new page will provide you with added information about nutrients. Specifically I look for low salt and high potassium! It should automatically be included as you are a member of this group.
