Hi! I just started my journey with Sparks at 170 1/2 lbs. My doctor wants me to lose down to my ideal weight. Don't have any idea what that would be especially since MY ideal weight might be different than what he has in mind. I'm 5'4" (at least that's what they tell me at the dr. office(I WAS 5'5 1/2" the last time I was measured). Guess what that means is that I'm loosing inches in height instead of the waist...lol. With vacation time coming up real soon, maybe I should have waited until I got back. I always thought that as long as you felt good and fit comfortably in your clothes, everything was alright. Thought wrong!!! I have high blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol, GERD, etc. Bottom line is...I need some help getting to where I need to be.
