I do track what I eat and I also keep track of the calories. I try to stay under 1300 calories a day and I have stopped eating pizza, beef, and pasta. I have had problems with IBS so I don't eat big meals. It is better for me to eat smaller meals or snacks every 2-3 hours. Drinking a lot of water helps too. I do not do extreme exercise, but yoga is easy and not hard on the body.

Hi I am new to Sparkpeople. I joined this site because I wanted some accountability. I know I need to track my food and I have not been good at that at all. I wanted somewhere to go where I can get help with the changes that are about to occur in my life and to talk to people who may understand what I am going through. I have a lot of weight to loose and I have tried multiple weight loss programs and have not succeeded. I want to loose weight so I can be a healthier person and be a better mother and wife. I do not want to fail!
