Help! I am just starting and I lost 34lbs already not trying but cause of my health. Now i want to lose to get healthy! I dont know where to begin! I gave up my pop, I am starting to eat better, I also am going to start to work out. (10 min and add weekly) and I want to walk 4x week or more. My goal is to walk around the block by Nov. I know you dont think that alot but can't walk 4 houses with out sitting. (On oxgen) week heart. Slowly working up my strenth. I am a talker my nick name was mouth growing up! So feel free to send me messages I will respond. I set my goal for 20 lbs by Christmas, but my over all goal is 50lbs. Good Luck all, take a deep breath and smile!
