I've only been here a short time myself, but I think you will find the people very supportive and there is a wealth of information available (be sure to check under the "healthy lifestyle" tab above), as well as great tools for tracking your nutrition and fitness. Planning my meals with the help of the tracker is helping me immensely, you can juggle things around until you get the right balance of carbs/protein/fat, as well as the total calories and other factors, like calcium and sodium. I'm looking forward to "seeing" you around here!

I am new to this site. But I really like it already. I am 61 so it is not easy to lose weight. I try to work out three times a week or more. But if I can get in 3x, I am lucky. I have always been a 113 most of my life but with being post menopausal the extra body fat and pounds just keep coming. Its a stuggle these days just to maintain at 129.
Hopefully, being a part of this site and group will help me reach my goals.
