Welcome back. Small changes over time has worked for me. I started by changing 1 meal or snack at a time and 15 minutes of walking each day. I don't eat anything I don't like just to lose weight. What has worked for me is finding healthy choices that I enjoy so that I can stick with this for a life time. Best wishes on your journey to a healthier you. on your weight loss so far.

Recommend you read Anne Fletchers book, THIN FOR LIFE....it is about many many folk who struggled to loose weight, some many times over, until they found the "secret" for them to get it off and keep it off, to become, what she calls MASTERS.....it CAN be done....this does not have to be another "try"....this CAN BE IT for sure....
One thing I can say, for me, being a Spark people member since 2007, HAS MADE the difference for me....keeps me accountable....so do NOT leave this time, get busy, keep busy, blog your journey, this time YOU WILL DO IT!

Hello, I am back. I have been here before but didn't stay. I am going to do it this time. I have tried all kinds of weight loss programs and have been successful at several...unfortunately I have gained everything back time after time. This time I am trying to go into it with a more positive attitude. I just want to be healthy and feel good. I am trying to be totally positive and give myself credit when I do good things...no negative self talk. I really enjoy the website and all of the helpful information. I have been tracking on SP for a little over a week and have lost 6lbs. so far. I am sooooo inspired to keep going thanks to all of you!!!
