Hi Everybody, I am new to this, but am not new to being overweight, I have been struggling with my weight since I was in my 20's, now being 50. I have lost the weight a couple of times, but always seem to put it back on. I do suffer with high blood pressure when I'm overweight, but then it goes down when I take the weight off. What I am trying to do, is lose the weight and keep it off so I can live a healthy life for myself, my husband and my three beautiful children.
