I understand your trepidation and/or concerns. I am recovering from a Stroke, have arthritis and I walk with a cane but I still find this site helpful for weight loss and generally peace of mind. Stick around, join some teams and I'm sure you will too. emoticon

Welcome to this site. Here you will be able to explore what is best for you. This is not just another diet program. If you transform the way you view food, and start look at this as away of life, it can change everything for you. I am 60 and i still want to live longer, and see my grand kids grow. I have knee pain and back pains due to arthritis. I am Learning that a body in motion stays in motion. I cannot do some of the exercise in this program but i am learning to use there info. to fit me and my needs. This site gives you articles that will keep you motivated. my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

I exercise but I am an asthmatic and its hard for me to do certain things so this may be what i need.
