I had a horrible diet. Check out my blog "Changing what I eat 1 meal and snack at a time". I am 48 and have been obese for over 25 years. Small changes over time can really make a big difference. When you eat isn't as important as what you eat. Your body doesn't know what time it is. Calories in v's calories burned is what matters in the long run.
I have lost 32 pounds in 5 1/2 months and lowered my blood pressure to below normal in that same time frame with only 1 daily medication. I hope to someday get off of the medication.
