I had a horrible diet. Check out my blog "Changing what I eat 1 meal and snack at a time". I am 48 and have been obese for over 25 years. Small changes over time can really make a big difference. When you eat isn't as important as what you eat. Your body doesn't know what time it is. Calories in v's calories burned is what matters in the long run. I have lost 32 pounds in 5 1/2 months and lowered my blood pressure to below normal in that same time frame with only 1 daily medication. I hope to someday get off of the medication.

Hi my name is Danielle and i am 22 years old. I am trying to lose 100 pounds. I have a very active lifestyle but the foods that I eat and the time that i eat has caused me to gain weight. I work 40 hours a week at Walgreens pharmacy as a technician and i go to college full time to become a pharmacist. When I am not doing that i am with my family or with my boyfriend and neither one has good eating habits. I just need people that will back me up and help me reach my goals.
