Welcome you can do it as long as your mind is clear that this time it is not just a diet but a healthy life style for you. At the age of 50 you are just starting to live. I am 60. But at time I think that i a still that young girl who can do anything. My body sometimes tells me slow down. So I am learning to listen to when it tells me o.k. lets take it one step at a time. This is now a way of life for me. Keep motivate and enjoy your journey.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

I must lose some rear so I can continue to get out of the car once I park it in the garage. The need is greater now than in the last round. The car, the same make, newer model is longer with wider wing mirrors and the garage was always tight before. sites.google.com/site/sassyshamrocks heriffs/home

Hello to everyone. I'm a new kid on the block and just starting this program. It seems to be a great place for all of my resource needs. Looking forward to meeting and making friends to help keep me in line and giving me a swift kick when I need it. I work a 12 hr. swing shift job so eating and resting properly has been a problem for me.I'm finally at home by myself...so we'll see how this goes.
