I am a new team member and am renewing my vigor with Spark People and my weight loss goals. I am currently 233 and need to be 180. My goal is 1 year! I can do it. I am eating less...but enough...and am committing to exercising daily. I play racquetball 3 days a week and am visiting the gym on 2 or 3 of the other days.
One of my reasons is my "unmedicated" BP is 150/100. I want to get healthier and hopefully can come off the meds!
