Good Morning! Glad to have you with the Spark People Team. I have been with SP for 2 months and it has been very helpful to my goal of getting healthy. I really recommend that you track your food at least daily if not several times a day to help you stay on target. There are tons of items in SP that will help you on your way and lots of encouragement. Just look at all the wonderful tools in SP that will keep you going in the right direction! Have a great day!
