Be sure to check out the great articles here at Sparks for lowering your Blood Pressure. Monitoring your salt intake can play a big part in bringing the pressure down. It is a revelation to see how much hidden salt there is in many of the processed foods. Keep up the good work!

Hi gal and welcome....I will try to remind you everyday to get that monitor out. I have one too....somewhere...lol Perhaps we can keep on each other. I am looking to lose about 30 pounds by the 1st of the year....I've been here for about two weeks and I'm down about 4 pounds...Lots of incentive and good tips here. I hope we are successful together....

You have no power here, now be gone before someone drops a house on you!
I was looking for an excuse to pay attention to my BP, or even just remind me to check it, So here I am!
I've had high readings since December and have been working on getting them down. But I always forget to check them! I spent the $50 on the BP monitor, you would think that would be enough intensive to use it lol Anywho. so I am here to have you push me to check it :)
