In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose
"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

These teams are here to give you someone to talk too. Don't know what anxieties you have and don't really need to. You can right on here just to get something off your chest not looking for any real answers and be surprised to find that lots of people will tell you they are in that same boat. Sometimes even that there's compared to yours is letting in water. It often helps me to out things in perspective when I read what others have to say.
Good luck in your weight loss journey. Whether you have a little or a lot to lose it will not always be easy to stick with it.
Just remember Rome was not built in a day.
And no-one can get to the top of Kilimanjaro at a run. It takes planning, determination, training, sticking power and the help of others to get there to get there.

Well, I promised myself to dive in and write something and make myself more open to the struggle. I have always been a keep to myself kind of person that from time to time can put on the party hat and be the center of attention. Partly because that is all I do at work is to be that guy out front giving direction and partly because of the stigma of being that guy that is large, I am talking large.
My goals are simple. Lose weight and break away from living behind locked doors, realistic and metaphorically. So I am here, don't know what to write as yet as I kind of have some anxieties to work through about giving out too much information on myself.
