Hello, I started, with jitters, on August 1st. As of today, I've lost 9 pounds and I am already in to the next size pants that are in my closet. That is rather cool. There are days that I falter a bit. Of course the next day I dont go on the scale. It's a habit I have to eliminate, but it's one of many. I am not using the site to the fullest. I've also increased my water from 1-2 glasses to 3-5 glasses. I'll get to the 8 eventually. I went to the doctor and my blood pressure was normal. Now that is huge!. Thank you..................
Hello to all, I found this site mentioned on Huffington Post today. I read the article and realized how much the words were reflecting who I am. I've always been able to start a program, of course never completing my goals, but I was not overwhelmed. Today I am overwhelmed. I want to start this program and I am apprehensive of failing once again. Is there one person out there that can be a beginning mentor to help me through the hurdles of understanding this program? Someone I can ask a question instead of posting a blog? I am sure that once settled, once sure of myself, once comfortable with myself and the program that wouldn't need someone by my side, holding my hand, but until then, I am asking for help. The encouragement is staring me in the face with all of your accomplishments. I hope one day to do the same for someone else. I look forward to this journey. Thank you Jennifer
