Hello, I am just beginning my lifestyle change. I have been a fast food and eating out junkie for the last five years as a result of working 16 hours a day and sitting behind a desk. I can't walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded and the last time I could touch my toes was about three years ago. My body is crying out for help, is anyone else going through this? Is this shocking? It was to me it was like I awoke after five years and THIS is my body....HELP!!! Thanks for listening, Gloria
