Hi, I'm Kelley & I've been on SP for about 4 years now. I lost a lot of weight back in 2008 and then my momma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and my world crashed. I've gained most of the weight back and have found some interesting things out about myself... I am a stress eater.
Also, as of last week, I've been diagnosed with high BP... we're trying to control it with exercise, losing weight... meditation... and I do see a small change.
Anyone have any ideas so that my learning curve can be down a bit??
