Welcome aboard Mary, I just joined a couple of weeks ago. A suggestion is to follow the posts on here...there are a lot of helpful folks with some great ideas, also I find it good to track your daily food intake on the tracker page. I am eating what seems like a lot but at the end of the day I have been staying within my daily limits. I know I have already changed my eating habits and I have lost 3 pounds. Not a lot but better than gaining. I have about 30 pounds to lose and this is the best site I've come across that covers every aspect of diet and exercise along with lots of good recipes and success stories from other people.
