In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian
Losing the weight will help BP and is proven to significantly help type 2 diabetes. My 90 year old mom lost about 25 lbs, and doesn't have to take any pills for diabetes. It's controlled with a good healthful diet. She still has the BP pill, so you can have high blood pressure and still improve the diabetes.
We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand. Randy Pausch

Always was low before the pounds packed on could it be the weifght alone? Does BP normalized after the weight goes off? So many questions. I founde a report that links diabetes with hbp So I think when i get diabetes under control thre HBP will be too?
