I had a similar experience back in March. BP 220/120 and very high cholesterol. Spent time in the ER, cat scan, ultra sound, endoscopy. My stomach hurt almost constantly for 2 months. Since then I have made small changes. Taking 1 meal at a time I started to change out what I was eating for healthier options. I also started walking 15 minutes a day. I am know up to 35 minutes of walking a day, BP down to 120/80, and down 29 pounds.
