Good morning, I found Sparkpeople yesterday while surfing the internet and was hesitant to try it, but here I am and am going to work on following this program, the strategies I've read make sense, I'm 61 soon to be 62 and have battled weight all my life, up down up down. I know I feel so much better when I'm even close to the weight I should be. So thanks for being here.
