I find that if I plan my meals and write down everything I eat, I can stay within my calorie range, You don't have to go broke to stay on track, There a lot of good protein beside the expensive cuts of meat. I eat a lot of chicken breast, fish and turkey, & beans. If you need recipes, go to the recipe section. Good Luck. You really can do this. Be patient with yourself and try to make small changes, This program works if you work the program. This is not a diet, it is a life style change.

I guess my title says it all. My name is Nicole, and while I have already made a couple blogs I thought I should also take a minute to introduce myself and say hello.
