grouping helps me the most since I find a good healthy mealI like and will eat it most of the time.

I have found that as you develop a list of favorite foods, the tracking gets easier because then you only have to go to that list and check the ones you had for that meal and you can enter the meals for the day in just a few minutes. I think most of us tend to eat favorite foods repeatedly, adding in new ones as we go along. You can also take advantage of the grouping and recipe features. Good luck. Newby here. I have been tracking my foods for only 4 days. It has been a little time consuming for me but I seem to be managing this OK. As of yet, I have not done any exercising. Why , I really don't know but I do plan to get to it soon. I don't really have a lot of time to look around the web site like I would want to. Any pointers for enjoying the site with only less than 30 mins a day? I would like to read some success stories and my daily emails. Just can't get to it. Anyway, as long as I keep tracking maybe that will be enough. Thanks for listening.
