Newby here. I have been tracking my foods for only 4 days. It has been a little time consuming for me but I seem to
be managing this OK. As of yet, I have not done any exercising. Why , I really don't know but I do plan to get to it soon. I don't really have a lot of time to look around the web site like I would want to. Any pointers for enjoying the
site with only less than 30 mins a day? I would like to read some success stories and my daily emails. Just can't
get to it. Anyway, as long as I keep tracking maybe that will be enough.
