HI Donna,
Thanks for the welcome. I , too was doing chiropractic, but it wouldn't stick so I went to physical therapy-still in & getting stronger-lots less pain. Next onto post pt & then onto corrective movement therapy-going to try via video mail Anthony Carey of Function First-he's amazing!! I'll be making future comments about it. I've also decided to become a personal trainer & focus on obesity & special populations like mine.

I was reinjured last year, back and knee. After 3 months with my chiropracter, he said the best for me would be to restrict my workouts to "aqua aerobics", (low impact) but as strong a workout as you make it.emoticonemoticon
