Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. start out with walking even if only for a short distance. I hope this helps.

emoticon Just go to the Start Page and follow the directions to set up your individual program. The Nutrition Tracker will suggest menus for each meal. However, you can turn that option off and just enter your own foods. I find that I use the Tracker to figure the limits I need to follow and plan my meals to stay within those limits. If you are willing to put in the effort, you absolutely can achieve results!!!

I began 41 days ago. I recommend you start tracking you food using the nutrition tracker. That is how I started after I set up my page.

Well I am back and added a couple of pounds. I need a program that I can latch onto. I am giving Sparks another look, but am not sure if this is exactly what I am looking for.
Any one out there know how I can get this journey in gear....Please help?
