Hi ,I am a new member and a bit on the shy side. but having read a lot of messages posted by other members is helping me to open up a bit as I realize I am not alone in this weight battle to conquer good health and eating habits.Right now I need all the help and inspiration I can get. I even had my daughter sign up today also and become a member as we feel we both need help and cannot do this on our own. It's good to know others are out there along with us. I feel this is going to work for us and we already feel so good about this.
Hi I'm back again and this time I finally was able to get the Spark book and am reading it now. Since I joined I have had one hurdle after another to jump over and it's not easy learning how to start all over again getting into the healthy eating habits .My husband bought me my first exercise equipment and i am so thrilled with it. He said to start out slow as it took years to put on the weight and he told me to not exspect miracles over night. I just need to take one day at a time .My daughter is doing better than me but she is younger and has more energy then I do.But I am going to keep with this as I feel so encouraged by reading everyones messages. Thanks for all the encouragement that I have been receiving. You all are doing really great....
