I finally decided to take action - it is time for me to take hold of my eating habbits and get on a healthier track. I have a terrible sweet tooth. And I work remotely from home so temptations are constant. My weight keeps me at home because I don't want to be seen. And my clothes feel & look terrible.
On a positive note, I workout regularly [Body Pump-weight training program] - avg 5 days out of 7. I LOVE BODY PUMP! Aside from the obvious health benefits, it keeps me from becoming a complete hermit!
