If you can only d0 15 minutes, then 15 minutes is enough. If you can do 30 minutes, it is even better. If you have to break your exercise into 2 or 3 stints, then that is where you should start. The point is, you should listen to your body and also consider how active (or not) you have been in the past.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. There is always someone around to answer or point you in the right direction. As for where to ask your questions, anywhere is fine.
