i had a heart attack in march. it is a wake up call. exercise every day now. i also am staying away from the fatty foods.

Thanks for welcoming me. I'm looking forward to the team support and friends. I should of made changes 3 years ago when I had a heart attack.
Three years later I had 3 stents placed. Well, that will sure wake you up when you're barely 51 years old. So far this program has been helping. I've lost inches and I'm finally beginning to lose weight. My daughter and two children live with us(that's hard).
