Hi, my name is Kirsten.I'm 51 years old and struggling with my weight. A few days ago I read the book from Dr. Suzanne K. "Say Hello to a better body". She gave the link to Sparkpeople and after surfing a bit.......Here I'am. My whole life I'm "on diet". That has to come to an end.
