Hi Mary, and welcome to our team.
We try to lose by learning one new thing at a time and doing it until it is a habit. Drinking water, eating some fruit and veggies each day and moving if only for a couple of minutes at a time. If you just walk in place during some adverts, 3 or 4 times a day it all helps. Are you able to do any exercise or do you need to do chair exercises, they are here on Spark as well. If you need any help, please ask.
