Good morning everyone. I had a lovely weekend but terrible eating! Today is a new day and I'm going to use the Atkins diet for a few days. Hopefully it'll shake up my metabolism and shed any weight I may have gained over the weekend. On my last weigh in day I had maintained. I dont get on the scale between weigh ins so don't know how bad it is but hopefully by Friday I'll be okay or at least the gain will be small. I wish I could get a handle on the attitude I have for holidays and other "special occasions". I blow it sky high then have to work like crazy just to get back where I was. I haven't made any real progress in 6 months! What's it going to take to get me moving steadily forward again?? I'm frustrated and have no one to blame but myself!!
