When you go to the nutrition page hit the add a food button. Then you can look it up and add it. It will say breakfast, lunch, or dinner or snack. It gets confusing but I have made a pretty good "favorite" list and that makes it easier. None of the planned foods show up unless you click on them. Not sure if this is clear but if not let me know. The more you use it the easier it gets--but I still have to re-do it every once in awhile. For me it has been worth the effort.
I am sorry, sometimes this whole site as much as I love it is overwhelming; on tracking foods, can't I just get a blank screen and fill in my own choices, it seems the foods are picked for me and I want to just type on a blank screen, is that possible?
