Let's hope you get the help you need here, first I would have to say, stop dieting, it doesn't work, we just put it all back on and more. This is about learning to eat and live a healthy lifestyle, for the rest of our lives and not just a quick fix to get some weight off. We will have good days and bad days, but as long as we learn as we go along it will work out in the end.
I try to walk each day, some days I do it..lol
If you can't do long walks split it down into 2 or 3 smaller walks. 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a day is great to start with, don't try to change everything at once or you will be discouraged and pack it in. Pick one thing a week to work on, maybe getting in 8 glasses of water, or at lest 5 fruit and/or veggies, walking 20 minutes a day and build up to each one in turn, don't over reach yourself
